Gentle Garden Yoga (4-week series)

Feel the earth as you rest in savasana surrounded by the nourishment and beauty of nature. In this series your instructor will kindly guide you through gentle, opening postures using the breath and a focused mind. This practice is accessible to all-levels and modifications will be provided. Class will be inside if the weather is poor. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
