Each class is designed for children to work side-by-side with their adult caregiver as they engage in hands-on, fun, age-appropriate experiences that support the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards.
Join us for fun and dynamic yoga classes that reflect on the seasons. As we check in with our bodies we will discover what we can learn from the natural world surrounding us and internalize these connections through a physical asana practice. We will follow a vinyasa flow class structure with room to include restorative postures and yin practices.
