Plants are great, but it's the people that make our garden special.

Chair yoga allows you to be guided through stretches and traditional yoga poses while seated and standing, using a chair as a home base. The chair serves as support to your foundation and allows these positions to be more accessible. Guidance through breath exercises and meditation will be a main component of this class to enhance your overall body awareness.
Whether you are planting, digging, or weeding, your body needs to stay strong and mobile to prevent injuries. Join this 5-week series that will prepare your body for gardening season and make you feel your best! This no-impact practice will help your flexibility, range of motion, and improve posture by gently strengthening and stretching all your muscles and joints. This series is suitable for all levels.

Many students “fall in love” with pastels after taking this workshop! Soft pastels are fun to use, colorful, versatile, and expressive. You'll be introduced to this dry painting medium through two nature-based exercises on different papers. This workshop is also good as a refresher course for those with some experience. All paper is provided; see supply list for other required materials. Please bring a bag lunch.
Celebrate Spring! We'll create three interpretations from the same spring floral, garden, or landscape photograph. Soft pastel is a very adaptable medium and is perfect for learning different painting techniques. Using different papers and styles of application, you'll learn which styles and techniques work best for you. This repeatable workshop is for beginner to advanced levels. See supply list for required materials; all papers will be provided by the instructor. Please bring a bag lunch.
Learn how to create three different abstract florals using alcohol inks. Various techniques to guide and mix the inks will be shared. All three paintings will be matted to 8x10” so you will leave with three works of art ready for framing. Great for beginners, but those experienced with alcohol inks will be sure to pick up new tips and techniques. All supplies are provided.
