Spring marks the beginning of a new cycle of seasons and would not be the same without Olbrich Gardens' annual Perennial Plant Sale! Curated plug trays are currently on sale, while individually potted perennials will go on sale April 16 at 10 a.m.
Our 2024 online Perennial Plant Sale features a selection of tried and true perennial varieties from Walters Gardens and Midwest Groundcovers. Olbrich's horticulturists carefully select unique plants that do best in this climate. Find the newest, hardiest, most disease-resistant cultivars on the market!
Transform an entire garden area with an Olbrich Custom Tray Mix that is inspired by the Gardens and carefully curated by an Olbrich horticulturalist. Each tray mix include 6-8 plant varieties and a total of 32 plants. The plants come in a 2” plug. When plants reach full maturity they create a 50-75 square foot garden.
Curbside pickup appointments are scheduled from Friday, May 10 to Friday, May 17, between noon - 6 p.m.

The Badger Bonsai Society will host their annual exhibit featuring trees from the private collections of club members. Explore the art of bonsai with this unique opportunity to view some amazing miniature trees and talk with the bonsai artists who grew and cultivated them.

As the moon rises, over 1,500 species of moths awaken, ensuring round the clock pollination and these are just the more well-known pollinators! These tiny superheroes pollinate over one-third of our food, making their health and survival a critical component of earth’s ecosystem. Every little bit helps – don’t have space to dig in the dirt – create a pollinator focused container for your patio! Olbrich’s Pollinator Plant Sales offer a variety of perennials with plentiful amounts of nectar and pollen, making them very appealing to pollinator insects! Plant pickup is June 26.
