Ready to get into the holiday spirit through craft and community? Learn the process of linocut carving and create a set of 10 cards. This workshop will walk you through the linocut process from start to finish: planning, carving, and printing your block with a small printing press. Students will be provided all materials- linoleum, linoleum cutters, cards and ink- and will leave the class with a set of 10 cards and envelopes.

Chair yoga allows you to be guided through stretches and traditional yoga poses while seated and standing, using a chair as a home base. The chair serves as support to your foundation and allows these positions to be more accessible. Guidance through breath exercises and meditation will be a main component of this class to enhance your overall body awareness.
Whether you are planting, digging, or weeding, your body needs to stay strong and mobile to prevent injuries. Join this 5-week series that will prepare your body for gardening season and make you feel your best! This no-impact practice will help your flexibility, range of motion, and improve posture by gently strengthening and stretching all your muscles and joints. This series is suitable for all levels.
