Designed for artists with an interested in advancing their creative and technical approach to watercolor painting, and in expanding their subject matter. Create a unique birdhouse for for your yard. Begin with a gourd that will accommodate the songbird you wish to attract. Gourds will be prepared ahead of time to offer plenty of time for you to decorate or embellish your birdhouse based on your desired outcome of a functional or decorative birdhouse. This class offers standing movements and seated practices rooted within the Chinese tradition of Tai Chi and Chi Kung for the enrichment of body, mind and spirit. All physical abilities welcome, including those in need of chair-based practice.
