Approved Caterers
Olbrich Botanical Gardens is a City of Madison public park. Because the Gardens are publicly funded, each of these caterers has liability insurance with the City of Madison and has paid a security deposit. In addition, each caterer remits 10% of the total food and non-alcoholic beverage sales from an event to the City of Madison through Olbrich Gardens.

Due to Public Health Food & Safety regulations, potluck or carry-ins are not allowed.
Although many of the caterers on this list are accomplished bakers, you are not limited to this list to provide a wedding cake. You are welcome to use the licensed vendor of your choice for the wedding cake (or equivalent) only.

Garver Events currently carries the liquor license for Olbrich Botanical Gardens through the end of 2024. Any and all alcoholic beverage service must be sold and served through Garver Events. Non-alcoholic beverage service may be arranged with the approved caterer of your choice. To reserve your bar service needs, please contact the vendor immediately upon reserving your room.
