Spring in the Woodland Garden Walk

Olbrich’s Woodland Garden puts on a spectacular spring floral show every year around this time, and you’re invited! Join Olbrich horticulturist Erin Presley as we look for bloodroot, trilliums, Virginia bluebells, Jack-in-the-pulpit, and other early bloomers, and might even spot a lady’s slipper. We will also talk about plants and creative ideas to extend the season of interest for your woodland garden throughout the entire year!

Gourds will be prepared ahead of time to offer plenty of time for you to decorate or embellish your birdhouse based on your desired outcome of a functional or decorative birdhouse. (Virtual) Tai Chi Meditation at Home (6-Week Series)

“Move like a great river; be still like a mountain” instructs the age-old description of the meditative exercise and movement art of T’ai Chi Ch’uan. This class offers standing movements and seated practices rooted within the Chinese tradition of Tai Chi and Chi Kung for the enrichment of body, mind and spirit. All physical abilities welcome, including those in need of chair-based practice.
