2012 & 2013 - Private Room Rental Rates (Group III)
Private room rental rates apply to private parties,
wedding receptions, and groups engaged in activities in which funds
are raised, admission is charged, donations are solicited, tickets
are sold or products are sold prior to or during the activity. Non-profits hosting an event that is not for official business (board/staff meetings or the like) are charged at the private rate.
2012 & 2013 Non-Profit Rates: Non-profits will receive a 15% discount on the private rental rate from Tues morning thru 4pm on Friday. A non-profit is described as public, civic or social organizations (conducting official business, such as staff meetings, board meetings and the like) which are not charging a fee, soliciting donations, selling tickets or charging admission. Non-profit rates do not apply to weekend rentals.

To qualify for the daytime rates, your event must begin and end
between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Minimum rental is Half-Day.
- Olbrich Gardens provides and sets up the
tables and chairs for your event excluding wedding ceremonies.
- An Olbrich Staff person is scheduled to
be on-site during all evening events.
- Table cloths are not available through the
Gardens.
- All weekend evening events must conclude and be cleaned up
no later than 11 pm.
The Bolz Conservatory is available to rent after public hours for
evening events. Cost: $150 when added to a rental
