Wild Things

January 20 - April 7
Sundays, 11 am - 5 pm
Gardeners try to control and beautify landscapes, though it's not as easy as it seems because nature responds to these manmade changes in wild and wonderful ways that often surprise us. Members of the Madison Contemporary Fiber Artists created original works that used the colors, textures, lines, and movements of the natural world in both abstract and realistic depictions. Wild or tamed? What's your preference? "Wild Things" challenges you to think about your own view of the natural world.
Join the Madison Contemporary Fiber Artists for a public closing reception. Meet individual artists and hear more about their artwork on Sunday, April 7 from 3 to 5 p.m.
