Food service is available through local caterers that are contracted to provide food service at Olbrich. You contract directly with the caterer of your choice from this list. Bar service is available upon request. Olbrich provides staff who set up all the tables and chairs to support your function. A full range of meeting equipment is available upon request. Fees for 2008 & 2009 are determined by the room, length of time of the function and whether the event is in the day or evening. Please review the Guidelines for Advertisement regarding the promotion of your event. |

The Atrium, offering a view into the wisteria covered arbor is located on the lower level of the original garden center. Features include glass walls and a vaulted glass ceiling framed by oak beams. Large potted plants draw the outdoor gardens into your event. Capacity: 30-120 guests |

The Evjue Commons features vaulted ceiling skylights and a full glass wall offering beautiful views of the Gardens. Doors in the Evjue Commons lead directly to a terrace with garden furniture and the Gardens beyond. Windows are fitted with room-darkening mini-blinds. Capacity: 50-250 guests |

Overlooking both the Gardens and Lake Monona, the Upstairs Meeting Room is located on the upper level of the original building. Features include long windowed walls fitted with room-darkening mini-blinds. The Upstairs Meeting Room is accessible by stairs or elevator. A deck overlooking the Gardens adjoins this meeting space. Capacity: 10-65 guests |
