Come indulge in a chocolate tasting! You'll be entertained by Professor James Nienhuis from UW's Department of Horticulture as he relates his experience working with M&M Mars Co. in Bahia, Brazill with the history, botany, and domestication of chocolate. Nienhuis will tell chocolate tales as he displays chocolate beans, nibs, and bars.

Once you're savvy on the story of chocolate, you'll satisfy your sweet tooth! Become a real connoisseur as you sample chocolates provided by Orange Tree Imports. You'll be sampling the world's finest premium chocolates just in time to choose a favorite for your valentine!

This talk is appropriate for adults and children ages 10 and older. The cost is $7 for the general public, and $5 for Olbrich members.
